How to download and restore the firmware of your Netbook to Factory condition?

Step 1: Check the serial number on the netbook
Please see the below picture for more clear information on how to check the serial number.
We can see the white color sticker with black wordings showing NB1304-02581-059.To update firmware please note the number 02581. (This number may be different on your netbook. However it is important to note this number, as it will help you identify the corresponding firmware file.)



Step 2: Download the firmware file
For the models NB1304 & ZN-NB5622 below table lists the various firmwares which can be downloaded corresponding the middle 5 numbers of the serial number sticker as explained above.
